TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
MINIMUM ORDER: We accept minimum orders of US$20.00 domestic and foreign order minimum orders of $500.
PHOTOS and PRICING: The photographs used in the catalog and other materials are a representation of the product pictured and may vary from time to time, specifications will always meet or exceed those listed with item. The prices quoted are subject to change and may have changed since last printing. Check with your sales representative to be sure. Quantity discounts may also be available for larger quantity orders.
FOB: All prices are quoted FOB Winter Garden, Florida.
SALES TAX: Florida residents include 6.5% sales tax or the applicable sales tax in your area of Florida. Dealers in Florida not wishing to pay Florida Sales Tax must fax a signed copy of their State of Florida Resellers Exemption Certificate to FAX407-650-2801, or email to ADMIN1@WEBWARRIOR.COM.
SHIPPING: Items are shipped via UPS GROUND. Small objects may be shipped USPS. Oversized, heavy and delicate items are shipped on a pallet via a freight company with economy service. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you need a faster level of service. Items are shipped within 4 business days from receipt of payment. (Usually shipped the same day.) Buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. We only ship to a physical address and DO NOT ship to any PO BOX, FPO, APO addresses. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS require wire transfer in advance. Buyer is responsible for all foreign taxes or duties. We welcome buyers to pick up at our Winter Garden Florida office to save on shipping. There will be an additional charge of $3 per box for packaging and handling fees on all shipped orders. Shipping fees are not refundable. Items damaged in shipping must have claims made from within five (5) days of receipt of goods.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept Company Check with prior approval. Cashiers Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer ($10 additional bank fee), or Paypal (purchases under $3,000), Master Card, VISA, Discover, and American Express. Paypal users MUST comply with our Paypal Policy below before using Paypal. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 2 DAYS of PURCHASE Net-Terms Purchase Orders are accepted from Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, schools, and government agencies.
OUR PAYPAL POLICY: We only accept Paypal for purchases under $3000. Paypal users MUST give their Confirmed Physical Paypal Address as we will only ship items to the buyers confirmed addresses. The confirmed address is the same as your credit card billing address. If your confirmed address is a PO Box, APO or FPO, then you will need to use another form of payment as UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. There are NO Exceptions as this protects us from fraudulent transactions. Paypal cannot be used for local pickups from our office as Paypal needs proof of shipment to be covered under the sellers protection policy. If you cannot comply with our Paypal policy, then you must use our other means of payment. Please email us if you have any questions about this.
RETURNS: Returns will be accepted for the first 30-days for merchandise credit or exchange only. Any and all returns must be in new condition and in original packaging. Any products not returned in this condition may be refused for return or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any returns must first call and get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which must appear in readable form on the box label. Any returns arriving without an RMA NUMBER, may not be accepted. No returns on special order items.
WARRANTY INFO: WebWarrior, Inc. warrants all products for a period of one year unless specified on the original invoice. Warranty includes exchange of defective parts and depot labor. Some parts may have longer warranties as provided by the manufacturer. All complete systems are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, (1) one-year minimum on all parts (2) two-years on DVR’s (Digital Video Recorders) , DSR’s (Digital Surveillance Recorders), and servers. Depot repair labor is included in the warranty, onsite service is available in certain areas but is not included unless specified on original invoice. Please inquire about our extended warranties and onsite service available. Freight costs to our depot are not included but domestic return via UPS ground shipping costs may be covered at the company’s discretion. All stock products can be exchanged, credited, or upgraded within the first 30 days from original invoice date. After 30 days parts will be exchanged for the exact same model but we reserve the right to substitute a part of equal or better performance. Merchandise returned for credit will be credited at the current offering price. No credits will be issued for special order merchandise. All parts must be in original packaging with all accessories, drivers and manuals in order to receive credit. Physical damage, lightening damage, over-voltage, under-voltage, reverse voltage, under-amperage, modification, or removal of original serial number or warranty seal will void the warranty on any product. WebWarrior will honor all OEM manufacturers’ warranties for one year from date of purchase. After that time items under warranty must be returned directly to the manufacturer unless they are part of a WebWarrior extended warranty program. Parts exchanged for defective parts carry a warranty which fulfills the term of the warranty for the original parts from the date of original invoice. WebWarrior will not be responsible for damage due to neglect, abuse, dirt or contamination, power surges, lightning, acts of nature, or the application of any product for any use not intended by the manufacturer. WebWarrior makes no warranty express or implied for the application of any product, nor any loss experienced by the user, directly or indirectly, from the loss of use, downtime, or other related or unrelated business or personal claims.
